白头翁汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨白头翁汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者临床疗效及对血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选自医院于2015年1月—2016年1月期间收治的83例溃疡性结肠炎患者,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组42例与对照组41例。对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶结肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合白头翁汤治疗。两组疗程均为4周。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P0.05);两组结肠镜检查评分治疗后下降(P0.05);观察组结肠镜检查评分治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);两组病理检查评分治疗后下降(P0.05);观察组病理检查评分治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);两组血清IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α水平治疗后下降(P0.05);观察组血清IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α水平治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:白头翁汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者临临床疗效显著,其作用可能与降低炎症因子IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α相关,且安全可靠,值得研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of baccouweng decoction in treating ulcerative colitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factor level. Methods: 83 patients with ulcerative colitis from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 41). The control group was treated with Salazapyridine colonic capsule, and the observation group was treated with baccouweng decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05), the colonoscopy score of the two groups decreased after treatment (P0.05), the colonoscopy score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P0.05), the pathological examination score of the two groups decreased after treatment (P0.05); The level of serum IL-1 尾 IL-17 TNF- 伪 decreased after treatment (P0.05); the level of serum IL-1 尾 -IL-17 + TNF- 伪 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment (P0.05); there were no significant adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: the clinical curative effect of Baitouweng decoction on ulcerative colitis is remarkable. Its effect may be related to the reduction of IL-1 尾 IL-17 TNF- 伪, and it is safe and reliable, and worthy of study.
