HCV感染男性吸毒者血浆CCL19及CCL21浓度变化分析

【摘要】:目的:分析丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C virus,HCV)感染男性吸毒者血浆CCL19及CCL21浓度变化。方法:采用定量ELISA法检测血浆CCL19和CCL21浓度,ELISA法检测血浆抗HCV,Real-time RT-PCR法检测HCV RNA,以国家哨点监测HCV感染的391名男性吸毒者为研究对象,60名健康男性为对照,分析不同抗HCV/HCV RNA状况男性吸毒者血浆CCL19和CCL21浓度变化。结果:391名男性吸毒者中,180名感染HCV,感染率为46.04%。未感染HCV男性吸毒组血浆CCL19及CCL21浓度较健康男性组升高(P≤0.001)。吸毒抗HCV(-)/HCV RNA(+)组血浆CCL19和CCL21浓度最低,与其他组差异明显(P≤0.05);吸毒抗HCV(+)/HCV RNA(-)组的最高,与健康男性组差异显著(P0.05)。结论:吸毒可使男性血浆CCL19和CCL21浓度升高。血浆CCL19和CCL21浓度升高可能有助于HCV自发清除;血浆CCL19和CCL21浓度降低可能预示着病程持续转归较差。
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the changes of plasma CCL19 and CCL21 levels in male drug users infected with hepatitis C virus (Hepatitis C virusus). Methods: plasma CCL19 and CCL21 concentration were detected by quantitative ELISA and Elisa respectively. HCV RNAs were detected by real-time RT-PCR assay and 60 healthy male drug users who were monitored for HCV infection by national sentinel. The changes of plasma CCL19 and CCL21 levels in male drug addicts with different anti-HCV/HCV RNA status were analyzed. Results among the 391 male drug users, 180 were infected with HCV, and the infection rate was 46.04.
