生长抑素及凝血酶在上消化道溃疡出血治疗中的应用及安全性分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨分析生长抑素、凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道溃疡出血患者的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取收治的64例急性上消化道出血患者采用随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组各32例,联合组采用长抑素、凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组仅应用奥美拉唑治疗,两组其余基础治疗相同,对比两组患者的止血效果差异。结果:联合组患者的止血时间(7.3±3.8)h、住院时间(10.4±2.2)d、出血量(441±108)m L均著低于对照组的(9.5±4.2)h、(12.7±3.4)d、(507±129)m L(P0.05);联合组治疗显效率(81.25%)高于对照组(53.13%)(P0.05);治疗后联合组的血红蛋白(Hb)(109.5±10.4)g/L、红细胞(RBC)(4.5±0.8)×109/L、血小板(PLT)(147.2±19.3)×109/L、红细胞压积(Hct)(41.3±6.9)%,优于对照组患者的(101.5±9.2)g/L、(3.7±0.7)×109/L、(131.5±17.8)×109/L、(36.4±7.0)%,(P0.05);治疗后联合组的凝血酶原时间(PT)(10.8±1.9)s、部分活化凝血酶原时间(APTT)(28.6±3.9)s、纤维蛋白原(Fib)(392.5±51.4)mg/d L优于对照组的(12.0±2.0)s、(30.1±4.4)s、(319.8±49.8)mg/d L(P0.05);联合组的不良反应率(31.25%)高于对照组(15.63%),但差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:生长抑素、凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血较单用奥美拉唑的效果更好,且不增加不良反应率。
