以腹痛为临床表现的Abernethy畸形1例

【摘要】：正患者女,25岁,因"间断左下腹疼痛2个月"入院。查体:轻度贫血貌。实验室检查:血白细胞1.91×10~9/L,红细胞3.44×10~(12)/L,血红蛋白87g/L,血小板87×10~9/L;谷氨酸氨基转移酶83 U/L,天冬氨酸氨基转移酶135 U/L,血氨71μmol/L。超声检查肝脏未见异常,肠间隙可见肿大淋巴结,脾大。肠镜
