基于幽门螺旋杆菌检测上消化道大出血诊疗研究

【摘要】:目的:研究一种采用幽门螺旋杆菌检测的方法实现对上消化道大出血的诊疗和根治。为临床消化内科疾病提供指导意义。方法:研究以100例感染幽门螺旋杆菌的上消化道大出血患者,对于幽门螺旋杆菌的酵母菌,从人体非黏膜组织中提取出活体检测样本,采用针吸标本,通过组织化学分析方法或细胞化学检验方法获得幽门螺旋杆菌菌细胞或通过菌种培养方法,在无菌条件下取得,培养结果呈阳性。幽门螺杆菌可刺激胃部前叶的发育内分泌激素,使其分泌TSH,使胃部分泌激素合成和分泌幽门螺杆菌素激素发育的释放量快速增加。结果:采用SPSS12.0软件进行统计学分析,采取配对t检验,得到幽门螺旋杆菌的活性相当于变形杆菌的400倍,基于概率分布特性,得到幽门螺旋杆菌的I型含有Cag A和Vac A基因并表达两种蛋白,Ⅱ型不含Cag A基因,与胃疾病关系较为密切。结论:进行幽门螺旋杆菌阳性检测,并配合克拉霉素和奥美拉唑及阿莫西林三联用药治疗可以有效抑制上消化道大出血,具有较好的治疗效果。

Methods: 100 patients with massive hemorrhage of upper digestive tract infected with Helicobacter pylori were studied. The cells of Helicobacter pylori were obtained by histochemical analysis or cytochemical examination. The culture results were positive under aseptic conditions. Helicobacter pylori can stimulate the development of endocrine hormones in the anterior lobe of the stomach and make the secretion of TSH, make the secretion hormone synthesis and release of Helicobacter pylori hormone production increase rapidly. Results: the results showed that the activity of Helicobacter pylori was 400 times of that of Proteus, based on the characteristics of probability distribution.
