莫沙比利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗老年人功能性烧心的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察莫沙比利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗老年人功能性烧心的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取诊断符合"罗马Ⅲ"标准、确诊为功能性烧心的老年患者106例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(52例)和治疗组(54例)。对照组给予口服枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片5 mg,tid;治疗组在对照组的基础上,加服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(含氟哌噻吨0.5mg和美利曲辛10mg),qd,4周后观察疗效。两组患者治疗前后均给予汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及症状学积分。结果:治疗组总有效率87.0%,对照组总有效率为53.8%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者治疗后症状学积分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);两组患者均未发现严重不良反应。结论:莫沙比利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗老年人功能性烧心安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of mosapride combined with flupentametaxine in the treatment of functional heartburn in the elderly. Methods: 106 elderly patients with functional heartburn were randomly divided into control group (n = 52) and treatment group (n = 54). The control group was treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablet 5mg, and the tid; treatment group was treated with dropermethorphan meretaxine tablets (containing 0.5mg and meretaxine) for 10 mg), qd,4 weeks to observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment group on the basis of the control group. The patients in both groups were given Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD) score and symptom score before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate was 87.0% in the treatment group and 53.8% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and there were significant differences in symptom score, HAMA score and HAMD score between the two groups after treatment (P0.01). No serious adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusion: mosapride combined with dropethiam meretaxine is safe and effective in the treatment of elderly patients with functional heartburn.
