乳果糖口服液治疗功能性便秘疗效的系统评价

【摘要】：目的探讨乳果糖口服液治疗功能性便秘(FC)疗效和安全性的系统评价。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国科技期刊数据库(维普网)、中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库,按入选患者的用药不同,分为乳果糖组、对照组、联合治疗组,并对老年患者(年龄≥60岁)进行亚组分析。对比三组临床显效率、总有效率、复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果共纳入10篇文献,累计FC患者1 069例,其中老年患者682例。Meta分析结果显示乳果糖组总有效率达79.2%,与对照组相比有统计学差异(OR=7.14,95%CI为2.93~17.38)(P0.05)。联合治疗组的临床显效率和总有效率明显优于乳果糖组(OR=2.45,95%CI为1.56~3.83;OR=6.38,95%CI为2.99~13.63),且复发率低(P0.05)。老年乳果糖组的临床疗效优于对照组,但同样不及联合治疗组(P0.05)。乳果糖组的不良反应发生率低,与对照组和联合治疗组相比,差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05),在老年患者中亦无增加趋势(P0.05)。结论乳果糖口服液治疗FC的疗效较好且安全,以乳果糖为基础的联合治疗更优于单药治疗,尤其适合老年FC患者。
