消化道内镜检查患者感染的危险因素研究

【摘要】：目的探讨消化道内镜检查患者发生感染的情况,以了解其感染的主要危险因素,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2000年3月-2011年12月697例行消化道内镜检查住院患者,对行消化内镜发生感染患者进行病原菌培养,数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果共有55例发生感染,检出55株病原菌,以幽门螺杆菌为主,共36株占65.5%;logisic多因素回归分析结果显示,内镜消毒时间不足、检查室空气消毒不符合标准、检查人员手卫生不到位、内镜消毒不符合要求是消化道内径检查发生感染的独立危险因素(P0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌、假单胞菌属和沙门菌属是医院感染的主要病原菌,避免医院感染发生的危险因素,降低医院感染的发生率,保证患者和医疗工作者的安全是目前急需解决问题。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of infection in patients with digestive tract endoscopy in order to understand the main risk factors of infection and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods from March 2000 to December 2011, 697 inpatients with digestive tract endoscopy were enrolled in this study. The pathogenic bacteria were cultured in patients with digestive endoscopy infection. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results 55 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected, 36 strains (65.5%) were mainly caused by HP. The results of logisic multivariate regression analysis showed that the endoscopic disinfection time was insufficient, the air disinfection in the examination room was not in accordance with the standard, and the hand hygiene of the inspectors was not in place. Endoscopic disinfection was an independent risk factor for infection in digestive tract internal diameter examination (P 0.05). Conclusion HP, Pseudomonas and Salmonella are the main pathogens of hospital infection, avoid the risk factors of hospital infection, and reduce the incidence of hospital infection. To ensure the safety of patients and medical workers is an urgent need to solve the problem.
