原发性甲状腺功能亢进合并肠系膜上动脉综合征1例

【摘要】：正患者男,56岁,身高176 cm,体重40.6 kg。2年前因"心慌、多汗伴手抖",检查发现甲功异常,明确诊断为"甲状腺功能亢进症",一直未予正规治疗。入院前1年开始出现进食后上腹部饱胀感,伴恶心、呕吐及上腹轻度疼痛,上述症状在胸膝位可减轻。1周前自觉上腹部胀痛加重,于2015年1月9日
[Abstract]:The positive male, 56 years old, height 176 cm, weight 40.6 kg.2 years ago, because of "panic, sweating with shaking hands", the examination found abnormal thyroid function, clearly diagnosed as "hyperthyroidism", has not been given formal treatment. One year before admission, the upper abdomen was full after eating, accompanied by nausea, vomiting and mild pain in the upper abdomen. The above symptoms could be alleviated in the chest and knee position. One week before admission, the upper abdominal distension and pain was aggravated, on January 9, 2015.
