多西环素致食管溃疡6例临床分析

【摘要】：目的报道分析6例由多西环素引起的食管溃疡的临床表现及胃镜检查结果。方法观察6例因服用多西环素引起的食管溃疡的临床表现、胃镜检查结果以及对治疗的反应。结果多西环素引起的食管溃疡主要表现为烧心、吞咽时胸骨后疼痛,胃镜表现大多为多发浅溃疡,质子泵抑制剂和胃黏膜保护剂等药物治疗后无复发。结论临床医生应用多西环素时应重视预防食管溃疡的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to report and analyze the clinical manifestations and gastroscopy of 6 cases of esophageal ulcer caused by doxycycline. Methods the clinical manifestations, gastroscopy results and response to treatment of 6 cases of esophageal ulcer caused by doxycycline were observed. Results esophageal ulcers caused by doxycycline were mainly heartburn, retrosternal pain during swallowing, multiple superficial ulcers under gastroscopy, and no recurrence after treatment with proton pump inhibitors and gastric mucosal protectants. Conclusion clinicians should pay attention to the prevention of esophageal ulcer when using doxycycline.
