雌激素对肝星状细胞LX-2趋化因子CXCL10表达及迁移的影响

　　目的：研究雌激素对肝星状细胞系LX-2趋化因子CXCL10表达的影响，以及雌激素对趋化因子CXCL10诱导的LX-2细胞迁移的影响，探讨雌激素在肝纤维化疾病进展中发挥保护性作用的机制。方法：Real-time PCR和western blot方法检测不同处理时间的雌二醇对肝星状细胞系LX-2趋化因子CXCL10mRNA和蛋白表达的影响。Transwell实验检测雌二醇对趋化因子CXCL10诱导的LX-2细胞迁移的影响。结果：1、雌二醇处理肝星状细胞系LX-23h组、12h组CXCL10mRNA表达相对水平（分别为0.33±0.02，0.59±0.04）明显低于对照组（1.00±0.02），差异有统计学意义（p<0.01）；处理24h组CXCL10mRNA表达相对水平（0.99±0.00）与对照组相当，差异无统计学意义（p>0.05）。处理12h组与处理3h组、处理24h组与处理12h组相比，CXCL10mRNA表达相对水平均升高，差异有统计学意义（均p<0.05）。2、雌二醇处理LX-23h组、12h组CXCL10蛋白表达相对水平（分别为0.64±0.03，0.84±...
