Fibro Scan与肝脏CT值、B超在诊断非酒精性能及肪肝中的对比

目的:通过比较瞬时弹性成像技术(Fibro Scan)与CT、B超,评价Fibro Scan在诊断非酒精性脂肪性肝病(Non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases,NAFLD)方面的临床应用及前景。方法:选取经CT(肝/脾CT比值法)确诊的NAFLD患者74例及健康体检者(对照组)36例,让全部受试者在同一个时间段完善肝脏Fibro Scan、腹部B超,并根据分级标准对其脂肪变程度进行分级。测量身高、体重,计算出BMI,同时应用Fibro Scan测量值算出受控衰减参数(Controlled attenuation paramet,CAP)值,用ROC曲线分析Fibro Scan、CT、B超等诊断NAFLD的准确性。结果:各组人员CAP值:对照组(216.13士15.450)db/m,轻度NAFLD组:(251.40士6.028)db/m,中度NAFLD组:(272.14士7.253)db/m,重度NAFLD组:(313.84士13.536)db/m。组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);CAP值与肝脂肪变性程度呈正相关,r=0.819,Fibro Sca...
