唾液幽门螺杆菌抗原测试板的临床应用研究

研究背景自从1983年澳大利亚学者Warren和Marshall首次从慢性活动性胃炎患者的胃粘膜活检组织中分离出幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, Hp)以来,关于Hp的研究引起广泛关注。1989年,Krajden等首次从胃炎患者的牙菌斑(1/29,3.45%)中分离出Hp,并推测口腔有可能是Hp在人体内除胃以外的重要聚集地。1993年,Ferguson等从9位Hp胃炎患者的唾液中培养出1例(1/9,11.11%)具有活力的Hp。此后国内外许多学者进行了口腔中Hp的检测,大量的研究报道表明,患有慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡等疾病患者的牙菌斑、牙周组织和唾液中存在Hp,其形态学、生化特性和免疫特性均与胃粘膜Hp相似,对同一个患者的胃内Hp和口腔内Hp进行基因分型,也发现其具有显著的同源性。此后,口腔Hp检测、口腔Hp与胃Hp感染的相关性,以及与胃部各种疾病的关系成为研究热点。目的研究唾液幽门螺杆菌抗原测试板(HPS),在检测Hp感染中的临床价值,及探讨影响胃Hp根除成功率的因素。方法(1)选择因上消化道症状初诊的成年患者120例,同时接受HPS、14C-尿素呼气试验(14C-U...
