树鼩慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染模型的探索

　　HBV感染人体以后可以造成急性肝炎、慢性肝炎，可发展为肝硬化，甚至导致肝细胞癌变，严重影响人类生命健康。虽然新生儿乙肝疫苗接种计划有效降低了新发HBV感染的发生率，但对于全世界已有的庞大HBV慢性感染人群仍缺乏彻底、有效的治疗措施。对HBV感染致病机制的研究及防治药物的研发离不开合适的动物感染模型。长期以来，黑猩猩是唯一可以被用于HBV感染研究的易感动物。然而，黑猩猩属于濒危珍稀动物、来源受限，其相对大型的体格、昂贵的使用成本，以及受到伦理因素影响，黑猩猩作为实验动物的使用越来越受到限制。因此，人们迫切需要寻找其他更加方便、稳定的小型动物作为模型以利于HBV研究的开展。由于其严格的宿主特异性，HBV感染难以在除人类和黑猩猩以外的其他动物实现，很多关于HBV的认识都是通过对与HBV相似的其他病毒的研究获得的。鸭乙型肝炎病毒（Duck hepatitis B virus，DHBV）和土拨鼠肝炎病毒（Woodchuck hepatitisvirus，WHV）与HBV同属嗜肝DNA病毒，它们在各自宿主体内的感染为人们了解属嗜肝DNA病毒的感染复制周期及宿主免疫系统反应提供了大量依据。但是鸭和土...
