谷氨酰胺联合生长激素对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肠道屏障功能的协同作用

目的:探讨谷氨酰胺联合生长激素对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肠道屏障功能的协同作用。方法:本研究是前瞻性的,随机的,对照的动物实验设计。胆总管结扎后获得梗阻性黄疸(阻黄)动物模型。60只SD大鼠被随机平均分成6组:第1组,健康对照组,第2组,假手术对照组,第3组,阻黄组,第4组,阻黄+谷氨酰胺组,第5组,阻黄+生长激素组,第6组,阻黄+谷氨酰胺+生长激素组。制模当天起第1,2,3组,第4,6组,第5,6组大鼠每天分别灌胃生理盐水(1.5ml/d),灌胃谷氨酰胺(0.2g/kg/d),皮下注射生长激素(2IU/kg/d)一次;术后第九天每只大鼠给予双糖灌胃,第十天收集他们的24小时尿液,门脉、腹主动脉,下腔静脉血,肝脏、脾脏、肠系膜淋巴结及回肠末端标本并分别行L/M检测,内毒素检测,肝功能检测,细菌培养及回肠末端形态学检查。结果:第1组与第2组间以及第4组与第5组间L/M值,门脉、腹主动脉内毒素值及回肠末端粘膜厚度、绒毛高度都无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余所有两两相互比较都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第6组细菌移位率显著比第4组或者第5组小(P<0.0033),而第4组与第5组...
