ERCP困难插管技术的研究进展

　　选择性胰胆管造影是内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术（endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP）的应用基础,如何有效提高ERCP插管特别是困难性插管的成功率是目前医学界关注的热点。本文通过对ERCP困难插管的现有技术进行综述,总结不同技术的应用条件。
