幽门螺杆菌通过增加小鼠肠粘膜中Th2细胞反应减轻TNBS诱导肠炎的作用研究

　　研究背景和目的克罗恩病（Crohn’s disease,CD）是炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease,IBD）的一种主要临床类型。目前认识到遗传因素和环境因素,尤其是肠道微生物在其发病机制中起着重要作用,其中是否有某种还没认识到的特殊的微生物值得探索。有研究表明,CD病人的H.pylori感染发生率较低。一些研究发现在根除H.pylori感染后会快速出现CD的症状表现。这些研究提示H.pylori感染同CD发病之间有一种负相关关系,H.plori是否在CD发病中起保护作用?其机制是什么?这都还不清楚,对此进行相关研究确有意义。方法实验方案用约6周龄的雄性BALB/c小鼠作为实验动物,造模组仅第一天用2.5%2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid（TNBS）灌肠处理。处理组在第一天用2.5%TNBS灌肠处理,第二、三、四天连续三天用500ul 1×109 CFU/ml的H.pylori菌液（NCTC11639菌液）灌肠处理一次。对于生理盐水灌肠液对照组和单用H.pylori菌灌肠液对照组,则是在前四天连续每天分别用500ul 0...
