　　第一部分 HLA-DRB1^*1101、DQB1^*0301等位基因与HCV感染自限清除关系的Meta分析 目的：用Meta分析的方法综合评价HLA-DRB1^*1101和DQB1^*0301等位基因和HCV感染自限清除的关系，为进一步研究提供依据。 方法：检索1997-2004年全球公开发表的有关HLA-DRB1^*1101、DQB1^*0301等位基因与HCV感染自限清除关系研究的文献。采用固定效应和随机效应模型进行Meta分析，综合比较HCV自限清除组和HCV持续感染组HLA-DRB1^*1101和DQB1^*0301等位基因的频率分布差异，并探讨人种差异和发表偏倚对关联研究结果的影响。 结果：本研究共包含11个独立研究，分为12个比较对。HLA-DRB1^*1101、DQB1
