Sirius、IOLMaster及两脚规测量角膜横径的比较

目的比较Sirius、IOLMaster及两脚规测量角膜横径(WTW)结果的差异。方法前瞻性研究。分析重庆华厦眼科医院2018年5月至2019年4月就诊的准备行有晶状体眼人工晶状体植入术(ICL手术)的近视91例(179眼)的临床资料,在屈光手术前分别采用Sirius、IOLMaster及两脚规三种方法测量角膜横径,对三种测量的结果进行对比。结果 Sirius、IOLMaster及两脚规测得的角膜横径均值分别为(11.83±0.35)mm,(12.00±0.36)mm和(11.61±0.33)mm,三者之间差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。Sirius与IOLMaster, Sirius与两脚规,IOLMaster与两脚规测量结果均高度相关(R=0.898,0.930,0.847,P=0.000,0.000,0.000)。Bland-Altman分析显示Sirius与IOLMaster的95%一致性界限范围为-0.488~0.140 mm, Sirius与两脚规的95%一致性界限为-0.031~0.474 mm,IOLMaster与两脚规的95%一致性界限为-0.018~0.773 ...
