SD-OCT技术用于测量不同种族人群中脉络膜厚度

目的:本实验的目的在于研究3个不同人种(白种人、黑人和亚洲人)后部脉络膜厚度并探究三者之间的脉络膜厚度是否存在差异,及其差异是否具有统计学意义。方法:此临床实验为一项横断面观察研究,收集了88例试验者这分成3个种群组别:白种人,黑人和亚洲人。实验设计参数包括临床眼科学病史询问、最佳矫正视力、屈光度、裂隙灯、眼压、眼轴、眼底照相、血压和快速血糖测定。脉络膜的检查通过SD-OCT的EDI技术完成。脉络膜厚度的测量范围为前界的视网膜色素上皮层至后界的脉络膜巩膜分界线,该两条分界线均由手动操作划分。运用SPSS软件分析三组脉络膜厚度数据并比较年龄、性别、屈光度和眼轴等相关因素的影响。结果:男性和女性的入组数相等,百分之五十(44只眼)为男性,女性相同。次试验受试者平均年龄为27.43±1岁。种族和平均年龄如下:白种人34.09%,26.58±1.4岁;黑人34.09%,26.90±2岁,黄种人31.81%,28.91±1.4岁。平均脉络膜厚度分别为403.62±37.4um、372.47-31.4umm和383.64±40um。所有受试者的平均脉络膜厚度为386.64±10.5umm。平均屈光...
