医院药房的差错与管理

【摘要】：目的探讨如何减少医院药房差错事故的发生。方法从医院药房的药品管理、流程与制度、人员管理以及信息化建设的角度进行分析。结果与结论为有效减少药房差错的发生,应及时发现问题,查找原因,予以补救,做到从药品管理到流程控制,从人员管理到信息化和自动化建设方面科学、细致的管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to discuss how to reduce the occurrence of hospital pharmacy error accident. Methods from the point of view of drug management, process and system, personnel management and information construction in hospital pharmacy. Results and conclusion in order to effectively reduce the occurrence of pharmacy errors, we should find the problems, find out the causes, remedy them, and make scientific and meticulous management from drug management to process control, from personnel management to information and automation construction.
