医患交际中非适宜提问及敷衍的序列研究

医患之间的有效交流是医生获得患者病情信息并对其进行相应诊断的先决条件;同时患者也能通过向医生提供并获取信息以便进一步了解与治疗相关的内容。然而,由于医患之间在知识方面的不对称以及由此而引发的权力不对称而引发的医患纠纷却表明当前医患交际还远非成功。 医患交际活动中,问答序列是双方会话的主要形式。问答的有效性直接影响着医患交际的最终结果。通常情况下,问题被提出后都应当有相应的回答。然而在医患交际中,某些问题提出后没有被回答者接受,因此未获得有效的回答,此类问题被称为非适宜提问。以往的研究主要基于提问本身的合理性,侧重于对其形式、功能等方面进行探讨,这也使得非适宜提问没有得到相应的关注。而一旦非适宜提问被提出,回答者会采取不同的方式进行回答,敷衍就是其中之一。本文试图从提问本身的适宜性入手,对适宜性提问和非适宜性提问所引发的不同回答进行研究,意图发现非适宜性提问及其回答的特殊形式敷衍的内在规律,用以揭示医患交际实质。 本研究基于大量的真实医患交际,采用会话分析的方法对发生在医疗场合的80余例医患交际进行了录音并转写。在对提问分为适宜性提问和非适宜性提问的基础上,从回答者对提问的态度:接受或者...
