酸性氧化电位水的制备过程研究

【摘要】:目的研究工艺条件对制备酸性氧化电位水水质指标的影响,优化制备过程。方法以不锈钢作为阴极,通过比较铂电极、钌电极、钌铱电极和钌铱钯电极,优选出钌电极作为酸性氧化电位水制备的阳极。采用理化试验的方法考察氯化钠浓度、电解电压、电极间距、电解时间、电解温度等条件对生成酸性氧化电位水水质的影响。结果在电解液氯化钠浓度2.0 g/L、电解电压5 V、电解时间3 min、电解温度20℃、极间距为2 mm的优化条件下,制备得到了有效氯含量78.54 mg/L,ORP值为1 553 m V,p H 2.88的酸性氧化电位水。结论试验得到了酸性氧化电位水制备条件,钌电极适合用于酸性氧化电位水生成器。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of process conditions on the preparation of acid oxidation potential water quality index and optimize the preparation process. Methods stainless steel was used as cathode. By comparing platinum electrode, ruthenium iridium electrode and ruthenium iridium palladium electrode, ruthenium electrode was selected as anode for preparation of acid oxidation potential water. The effects of concentration of sodium chloride, electrolytic voltage, electrode spacing, electrolysis time and electrolytic temperature on the water quality of acid oxidation potential water were investigated by physicochemical test.
