纸塑袋包装器械的灭菌质量研究

【摘要】:目的比较单层与双层纸塑袋包装器械对灭菌包压力蒸汽灭菌的灭菌效果、湿包发生、灭菌时密封线开裂的影响,以探索最佳包装方式。方法选择2013年11月1-30日单件需纸塑包装的器械共720件,随机分成对照组和试验组,对照组采用单层纸塑袋包装器械共362件,试验组在对照组包装基础上再外包装一层纸塑袋,纸面对纸面,塑面对塑面进行封口共358件,灭菌结束后检查器械包灭菌合格率、湿包发生率和密封线开裂率,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果对照组与试验组包装器械灭菌合格率均为100.00%,湿包发生率分别为0.55%和0.84%,密封线开裂率均为0.28%,差异均无统计学意义,对照组与试验组包装器械对灭菌包压力蒸汽灭菌的灭菌效果、湿包发生、密封线开裂3项对比结果,差异均无统计学意义。结论双层纸塑袋包装器械灭菌效果可靠,灭菌时不会产生湿包和密封线开裂现象,可以作为单件器械的包装方式,在运输、贮存过程中减少包装破损,有效降低医院感染风险。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of single-layer and double-layer paper plastic bag packaging instruments on sterilizing effect of pressure steam sterilization, occurrence of wet bag and cracking of sealing line during sterilization, so as to explore the best packing method. Methods A total of 720 pieces of paper plastic packaging instruments were selected from November 1 to 30, 2013. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. In the control group, 362 pieces of paper plastic bag were used. The experimental group was packed with a paper plastic bag on the basis of the control group. A total of 358 pieces of paper and plastic face were sealed. After sterilization, sterilization rate, wet package rate and crack rate of sealing line were checked. Statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS 13.0 software. Results the eligible rates of sterilization of packaging instruments in the control group and the test group were 100.00,0.55% and 0.84%, respectively, and the cracking rate of the sealing line was 0.28%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the control group and the test group in the sterilization effect of pressure steam sterilization, the occurrence of wet package, and the cracking of sealing line between the control group and the test group. Conclusion the sterilization effect of double layer paper plastic bag packaging equipment is reliable and the wet package and seal line cracking will not occur during sterilization. It can be used as a packing method for single piece of equipment to reduce package breakage during transportation and storage and to effectively reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
