上海市杨浦区托幼机构生活饮水检测结果分析

【摘要】:目的了解上海市杨浦区托幼机构生活饮水现状,为指导托幼机构饮水管理工作提供有益参考。方法采用问卷对杨浦区82家托幼机构饮水卫生现状进行调查,随机抽取43家托幼机构进行现场卫生学检测。结果饮水类别以传统的开水为主(90.2%)。托幼机构饮水卫生管理较规范,大部分托幼机构能进行常规饮水器具的清洗消毒。饮水水质卫生学检测结果主要为部分微生物指标超标,不合格指标主要为细菌菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母菌、色度等,不合格样品检出率分别为60.5%,18.6%,7.0%,88.4%。结论应进一步重视托幼机构饮水卫生安全工作,加强饮水水质的常规检测并纳入日常监测范畴,加强饮水卫生安全宣传,医教结合保障儿童饮水卫生安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of drinking water in nursery institutions in Yangpu District, Shanghai, and to provide a useful reference for guiding the drinking water management of kindergartens. Methods the present situation of drinking water sanitation in 82 kindergartens in Yangpu District was investigated by questionnaire, and 43 kindergartens were randomly selected for field hygiene examination. Results traditional boiled water was the main type of drinking water. The hygienic management of drinking water is more standard, and most of the institutions can clean and disinfect the drinking water utensils. The hygienic test results of drinking water quality mainly showed that some microbial indexes exceeded the standard, and the unqualified indexes were mainly the total number of bacteria, coliform group, mold and yeast, chroma, etc. The detectable rate of unqualified samples was 60.5% and 18.67.0% and 88.4% respectively. Conclusion more attention should be paid to the safety of drinking water in child-care institutions, the routine detection of drinking water quality should be strengthened and included in the scope of daily monitoring, the propaganda of drinking water sanitation safety should be strengthened, and the safety of drinking water for children should be ensured by the combination of medical education and education.
