孕前妇女营养相关性指标分析

【摘要】:目的为了解孕前妇女营养现状,对湖南省妇幼保健院行孕前检查的部分女性进行营养相关性指标检测。方法选取在湖南省妇幼保健院妇女保健科进行孕前检查的妇女578例为研究对象,对血常规、空腹血糖、血脂、血清矿物质等部分营养相关性指标进行检测。结果空腹血糖5.6 mmol/L以上的比例为38.23%,血清甘油三酯高的比例为9.34%,血清总胆固醇高的比例为36.50%,血清同型半胱氨酸高的比例为5.01%,血清钙缺乏的比例为44.46%,血清铁缺乏的比例为7.61%,血清锌缺乏的比例为3.63%。结论对于计划妊娠的育龄妇女,妊娠前及时调整饮食结构达到全面均衡的营养对孕期营养储备十分重要。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the nutritional status of women before pregnancy and to detect the nutritional correlation of some women who were examined before pregnancy in Hunan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital. Methods 578 women who were examined before pregnancy in the Women's Health Department of Hunan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as the study objects, and some nutritional related indexes such as blood routine, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, serum mineral and so on were detected. Results the ratio of fasting blood glucose above 5.6 mmol/L was 38.23, the proportion of serum triglyceride was 9.34, the proportion of serum total cholesterol was 36.50, the proportion of serum homocysteine was 5.01, the proportion of serum calcium deficiency was 44.46, the ratio of serum iron deficiency was higher than that of serum iron deficiency. The rate of serum zinc deficiency was 3.63. Conclusion it is very important for pregnant women to adjust their diet structure and achieve balanced nutrition before pregnancy.
