2010—2012年中国农村老年人群维生素A营养状况

【摘要】：目的分析2010—2012年中国农村老年人群血清视黄醇水平,评价中国农村老年人维生素A的营养状况。方法 2010—2012年中国居民营养与健康状况监测采用多阶段分层与人口成比例的整群随机抽样方法抽样,调查对象为中国内地31个省(直辖市、自治区)的45个普通农村和30个贫困农村中60岁及以上老年人,共2413名。采用问卷调查收集调查对象基本情况,高效液相色谱法测定血清视黄醇水平。按照WHO推荐标准进行老年人血清视黄醇营养状况的判定,比较不同特征老年人血清视黄醇水平,及其维生素A缺乏率、边缘缺乏率差异。结果中国农村老年人群总体血清视黄醇的P50(P25~P75)为1.88(1.45~2.45)μmol/L;其中普通农村老年人群血清视黄醇水平低于贫困农村,分别为1.86(1.44~2.41)μmol/L和1.92(1.46~2.48)μmol/L(χ~2=5.1428,P=0.0233);男性高于女性,分别为1.97(1.48~2.54)μmol/L和1.82(1.42~2.33)μmol/L(χ~2=22.3383,P0.0001)。农村老年人维生素A缺乏、边缘缺乏率分别为2.28%、6.30%;其中普通农村老年人维生素A缺乏率、边缘缺乏率分别为2.79%和6.84%,均高于贫困农村(分别为1.53%和5.51%),地区间差异无统计学意义。男性老年人维生素A缺乏率和边缘缺乏率分别为2.18%和5.37%,女性老年人维生素A缺乏率和边缘缺乏率分别为2.38%和7.21%,性别间差异无统计学意义。60~69岁老年人维生素A缺乏率和边缘缺乏率分别为1.93%和5.87%,70~79岁老人缺乏率和边缘缺乏率分别为3.17%和6.20%,≥80岁缺乏率和边缘缺乏率分别为1.47%和11.74%。3个年龄段老年人的维生素A缺乏率差异无统计学意义,边缘缺乏率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.3858,P=0.039)。结论中国农村老年人群存在维生素A缺乏,其中80岁以上老年人边缘性缺乏较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the serum retinol level in Chinese rural elderly people from 2010 to 2012, and to evaluate the nutritional status of vitamin A in Chinese rural elderly people. Methods from 2010 to 2012, the nutritional and health monitoring of Chinese residents was sampled by a cluster random sampling method with the proportion of multistage and population, and the survey was made in 31 provinces in China. A total of 2413 people aged 60 and above in 45 ordinary and 30 poverty-stricken rural areas under the jurisdiction of the city and the autonomous region. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the basic conditions of the subjects and to determine the serum retinol level by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). According to the WHO recommendation, the status of retinol nutrition in the serum of the elderly was determined, and the sera of different characteristics of the elderly were compared. The levels of retinol, vitamin A deficiency, and the rate of marginal deficiency were different. Results the total P50 (P25~P75) of serum retinol was 1.88 (1.45~2.45) mol/L in the Chinese rural elderly population, and the level of retinol was lower than that in the poor rural areas, which were 1.86 (1.44~2.41) mol/L and 1.92 (1.46~2.48) mu mol/L (chi ~2=5.1428, P=0.), respectively. 0233): male higher than women, 1.97 (1.48~2.54) mu mol/L and 1.82 (1.42~2.33) mu mol/L (1.42~2.33) mu mol/L (x ~2=22.3383, P0.0001).
