沈阳市2006—2010年三种大气污染与出生缺陷关系

【摘要】:目的对沈阳市2006—2010年3种主要大气污染物(SO_2、NO_2、PM10)与总出生缺陷及前5顺位疾病进行统计分析,探讨各种大气污染物与出生缺陷各病种之间的关联。方法应用描述性研究方法,分地区和季节等分析3种大气污染物及总出生缺陷及前5顺位出生缺陷检出率;应用生态学研究方法,分析3种大气污染与出生缺陷及前5顺位的关联性。结果沈阳市2006—2010年3种大气污染物不同地区、季度差异有统计学意义(P0.05);不同地区总出生缺陷、先心病、总唇腭裂、外耳其他畸形检出率差异有统计学意义(P0.05),不同季度总出生缺陷、先心病、总唇腭裂、血管瘤检出率差异有统计学意义(P0.05);按总出生缺陷检出率地区别分组,3种大气污染物差异有统计学意义(P0.05),季节别分组差异有统计学意义(P0.05),Spearman相关分析发现PM10浓度与先天性心脏病及血管瘤具有相关性(r=0.810、0.714),NO_2与血管瘤也具有相关性(r=0.771)。结论沈阳地区3种大气污染物与总出生缺陷及前5顺位出生缺陷的发生在地区和季节间存在一定的相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between three major atmospheric pollutants (SO2NO2P10) and total birth defects and the first 5 diseases in Shenyang from 2006 to 2010, and to explore the relationship between air pollutants and various diseases of birth defects. Methods the detectable rates of three kinds of atmospheric pollutants, total birth defects and the first 5 birth defects were analyzed by descriptive method, region and season, and ecological methods were used. The relationship between three kinds of air pollution and birth defects and the first 5 sequences was analyzed. Results from 2006 to 2010, there were significant differences in three kinds of air pollutants in different regions, with statistical significance (P 0.05), total birth defects, congenital heart disease, total cleft lip and palate in different areas. There were significant differences in the detection rate of other deformities of external ear (P 0.05), total birth defects, congenital heart disease, cleft lip and palate in different seasons. The difference of detection rate of hemangioma was statistically significant (P 0.05), the difference of three kinds of atmospheric pollutants was statistically significant according to the detection rate of total birth defect (P 0.05), and the seasonal difference was significant (P 0.05). There was a correlation between acquired heart disease and hemangioma. Conclusion there is a certain correlation between the occurrence of three kinds of atmospheric pollutants and total birth defects and the first five birth defects in Shenyang.
