工作场所空气中草酸和氟化氢等的抑制型离子色谱同时测定法

【摘要】:为建立同时测定工作场所空气中草酸、氟化氢、盐酸及硫酸的抑制型离子色谱法,以Na2CO3/Na HCO3溶液为淋洗液,AS14阴离子交换柱分离,抑制型电导检测器测定工作场所空气中草酸、氟化氢、盐酸及硫酸浓度。结果显示,草酸在0~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,回归方程y=0.000 3x+0.081 2(r=0.999 6),最低检出浓度为0.06 mg/m3,精密度为1.1%~4.6%,加标回收率为98%。氟化氢、盐酸及硫酸的相关系数(r)均≥0.999 0,RSD≤6.2%,加标回收率为96%~98%。提示该方法适用于工作场所空气中草酸、氟化氢、盐酸及硫酸的同时测定。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a method for simultaneous determination of oxalic acid, hydrogen fluoride, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid in workplace air, anion exchange column was used to separate oxalic acid in workplace air with Na2CO3/Na HCO3 solution as eluant, and oxalic acid in workplace air was determined by inhibition conductance detector. Concentration of hydrogen fluoride, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. The results showed that oxalic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 0 ~ 10 mg/L.
