“营养校园”试点项目总体方案

【摘要】:本项目以"城市中小学生营养状况与干预策略研究"为基础,以北京市顺义区"城市中小学生‘校园营养食育’策略研究"试点为引领,在我国8个省/市的8区/县的12所中小学中开展以预防和控制儿童多种形式营养不良为核心的综合干预试点。针对学生、家长、教师、食堂工作人员以及学校管理者开展以营养健康教育、身体活动促进、营养供餐支持为主要内容的干预活动,并创建校园营养支持环境。项目第一阶段干预时间为2017年度,最终以期探索有效的、可推广的、可借鉴的、适合不同地区的、以学校为基础的中小学生营养与健康综合干预模式。
[Abstract]:This project is based on the study of nutritional status and intervention strategy of primary and middle school students in the city, and the pilot project of "study on nutritional feeding strategies of urban primary and middle school students on campus" in Shunyi district of Beijing. Comprehensive intervention was carried out in 12 primary and secondary schools in 8 districts / counties of 8 provinces / cities in China, focusing on the prevention and control of multiple forms of malnutrition in children. For students, parents, teachers, canteen staff and school administrators to carry out nutrition health education, physical activity promotion, nutritional food support as the main content of the intervention activities, and create a campus nutrition support environment. In the first phase of the project, the time of intervention is 2017, with a view to exploring the comprehensive intervention model of nutrition and health of primary and middle school students, which is effective, popularized, and suitable for different regions and schools.
