正常体重青少年睡眠状况与糖耐量受损相关性研究

【摘要】:目的探讨正常体重青少年睡眠状况与身体糖耐量受损的相关性,为及早预防糖代谢异常相关疾病的发生提供参考。方法基于中国安徽代谢综合征研究,选取12.6~18.9岁正常体重青少年男性412名和女性317名,分析睡眠质量、睡眠呼吸障碍、睡眠时间与血糖水平、空腹糖耐量受损和糖耐量受损之间的相关性。结果在正常体重男生中,校正年龄、BMI-Z评分、发育阶段、吸烟、饮酒和学历等因素后,睡眠质量差、睡眠呼吸障碍与糖耐量受损发生率之间呈正相关[OR值(OR值95%CI)PSQI评分为1.449(1.158~1.813),P=0.012;PSQI≥6分为4.643(1.718~12.548),P=0.003;PSQI≥5分为4.737(1.898~11.827),P=0.001;SDB为2.972(1.010~8.746),P=0.048]。睡眠时间长与糖耐量受损的发生率呈负相关[OR值(OR值95%CI)睡眠时间为0.568(0.404~0.797),P=0.001;睡眠时间8 h为3.528(1.399~8.896),P=0.008]。结论睡眠质量差和睡眠时间不足可能增加正常体重男性青少年糖耐量异常的发生率,而在女生该趋势并不明显。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between sleep status and impaired glucose tolerance in normal weight adolescents, and to provide reference for early prevention of disorders related to abnormal glucose metabolism. Methods based on the study of metabolic syndrome in Anhui Province, China, 412 males and 317 females aged 12.6 or 18.9 years old with normal body weight were selected to analyze sleep quality, sleep apnea disorder, sleep time and blood glucose level. Relationship between impaired fasting glucose tolerance and impaired glucose tolerance. Results in normal weight male students, the sleep quality was poor after adjusting for BMI-Z score, developmental stage, smoking, drinking alcohol and educational background, etc. There was a positive correlation between sleep apnea disorder and the incidence of impaired glucose tolerance (OR = 95).
