酸性氧化电位水与含氯消毒剂杀菌效果比较研究

【摘要】:目的比较酸性氧化电位水与含氯消毒剂杀菌效果,为消毒方法选择提供参考。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验方法,比较酸性氧化电位水与含氯消毒剂的杀菌效果。结果该酸性氧化电位水原液ORP值1 100 m V、p H值2.40、有效氯含量63 mg/L。用该酸性氧化电位水原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值均达到5.0以上;对白色念珠菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值均达到4.0以上。有效氯浓度150 mg/L的氯胺T水溶液杀菌效果与酸性氧化电位水相当。分别用酸性氧化电位水和氯胺T水溶液擦拭消毒表面,作用5 min,对自然菌杀灭对数值均达到1.0以上。结论酸性氧化电位水与有效氯150 mg/L的氯胺T水溶液杀菌效果相当。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the germicidal efficacy of acid oxidizing potential water and chlorinated disinfectant and to provide reference for the selection of disinfection methods. Methods suspension quantitative germicidal test and field disinfection test were used to compare the germicidal efficacy of acid oxidizing potential water and chlorinated disinfectant. Results the ORP value of the acidic oxidizing potential water solution was 1 100 m V / P H = 2.40, and the effective chlorine content was 63 mg / L. The killing logarithms of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension were above 5.0 for 1 min and 4.0 for Candida albicans exposed to the acidic oxidizing potential water solution for 1 min. The bactericidal efficacy of chloramine T aqueous solution with 150 mg / L available chlorine concentration is equivalent to that of acidic oxidizing potential water. The surface was disinfected by acid oxidizing potential water and chloramine T solution respectively. After 5 min contact, the logarithmic value of killing natural bacteria reached more than 1.0. Conclusion Acid oxidizing potential water has the same bactericidal efficacy as available chlorine 150 mg / L chloramine T solution.
