2014年济南市历下区、天桥区和章丘市3种重点人群碘营养调查

【摘要】:目的调查济南市历下区、天桥区和章丘市3种重点人群的碘营养现状,为不同地区、不同人群补碘提供依据。方法 2014年在济南市历下区、天桥区和章丘市随机抽取8~10岁儿童607名,孕妇150名,哺乳期妇女150名,采集尿样检测碘含量。结果 8~10岁儿童、孕妇和哺乳期妇女尿碘中位数均达到150μg/L以上;1.32%儿童、1.33%孕妇和2.00%哺乳期妇女尿碘含量低于100μg/L,9.23%儿童尿碘含量高于300μg/L、0.67%孕妇和哺乳期妇女尿碘含量高于500μg/L;历下区(198.9μg/L)分别与天桥区(160.9μg/L)、章丘市(162.0μg/L)儿童尿碘中位数差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.735,P0.05;Z=-4.756,P0.05),历下区(171.7μg/L)、天桥区(138.8μg/L)和章丘市(187.2μg/L)孕妇尿碘中位数差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.213,P0.05),历下区(169.0μg/L)与天桥区(213.8μg/L)哺乳妇女尿碘中位数差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.402,P0.05);孕妇(163.1μg/L)分别与儿童(170.5μg/L)、哺乳期妇女(188.4μg/L)尿碘中位数差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.130,P0.05;Z=-3.285,P0.05)。结论济南市历下区、天桥区和章丘市8~10岁儿童、孕妇和哺乳期妇女尿碘水平适中,但呈碘缺乏、碘适宜和碘过量并存的现象,需根据不同地区的不同人群制定补碘政策。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the iodine nutrition status of three key populations in Lixia District, Tianqiao District and Zhangqiu City, Jinan City, and to provide evidence for iodine supplementation in different areas. Methods in 2014, 607 10-year-old children, 150 pregnant women and 150 lactating women were randomly selected from Lixia District, Tianqiao District and Zhangqiu City, Jinan City. Results 810 years old children, The median urinary iodine levels of pregnant women and lactating women were above 150 渭 g / L, 1.32% of children, 1.33% of pregnant women and 2.00% of lactating women with urinary iodine content below 100 渭 g / L 9.23%. The urinary iodine content of pregnant women and lactating women was higher than 198.9 渭 g / L, and that of pregnant women and lactating women was higher than 198.9 渭 g / L, respectively. In Tianqiao District (160.9 渭 g / L) and Zhangqiu City (162.0 渭 g / L), there was significant difference in the urinary iodine median of children (ZJ-5.735, P0.05, P0.05, Z-4.756, P0.05). There were significant differences in the urinary iodine median of pregnant women in Tianqiao District (171.7 渭 g / L), Tianqiao District (138.8 渭 g / L) and Zhangqiu City (187.2 渭 g / L), the urinary iodine median of pregnant women in Lixia District (169.0 渭 g / L) and Tianqiao District (213.8 渭 g / L) were statistically significant (蠂 2 222.213P 0.05), and the urinary iodine median of lactating women in Lixia District (169.0 渭 g / L) and Tianqiao District (213.8 渭 g / L) were statistically significant. There were significant differences in the number of urinary iodine between pregnant women (163.1 渭 g / L) and children (170.5 渭 g / L) and lactating women (188.4 渭 g / L) (P < 0.05). Conclusion the urine iodine level of the children aged 8 ~ 10 years in Lixia District, Tianqiao District and Zhangqiu City of Jinan City is moderate, but the iodine deficiency, iodine suitability and iodine excess coexist. The policy of iodine supplement should be made according to different population groups in different areas.
