高效液相色谱法同时测定饮用水中呋喃丹、甲萘威、莠去津及百菌清

【摘要】:目的建立液液萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定饮用水中呋喃丹、甲萘威、莠去津及百菌清4种农药的检测方法。方法水样用二氯甲烷进行萃取,萃取液经无水硫酸钠脱水、氮气吹干后,用甲醇溶解并定容至1 ml,经Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温为40℃,流速为1.0 ml/min,二极管阵列(PDA)检测器检测,检测波长为230 nm,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果 4种农药在测定范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),方法的检出限为0.08μg/L~0.9μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.32%~4.38%,3个添加浓度水平的平均回收率为83.2%~96.5%。结论本方法前处理简单、快速,方法的准确度和精密度良好,适合于饮用水中呋喃丹、甲萘威、莠去津及百菌清的同时测定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of four pesticides in drinking water by liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) and HPLC for the determination of carbofuran, carbaryl, atrazine and chlorothalonil. Methods the water sample was extracted by dichloromethane. The extract was dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate, then dried by nitrogen, dissolved in methanol, and was separated by Diamonsil C18 (250 mm 脳 4.6 mm ~ 5 渭 m) column.
