硫酸铟对雄性大鼠生殖毒性的实验研究

【摘要】：为探讨硫酸铟对雄性大鼠的生殖毒性效应,将32只健康SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,分别为对照(生理盐水)组和52.30、104.60、261.40 mg/kg硫酸铟染毒组,每组8只。采用灌胃方式进行染毒,每天1次,每周5次,连续染毒8周。检测大鼠血清睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)浓度及附睾精子数量、精子存活率和精子畸形率。结果显示,与对照组相比,仅261.40 mg/kg硫酸铟染毒组大鼠的睾丸、附睾重量及其脏器系数均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);且随着硫酸铟染毒剂量的升高,大鼠的睾丸、附睾重量及其脏器系数均呈下降趋势。与对照组比较,104.60、261.4 mg/kg硫酸铟染毒组大鼠的血清T水平均降低,而261.4 mg/kg硫酸铟染毒组大鼠的血清FSH水平较高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);各剂量硫酸铟染毒组大鼠的血清LH水平均无明显变化。提示硫酸铟对雄性大鼠具有生殖毒性。
[Abstract]:To investigate the reproductive toxicity of indium sulfate on male rats, 32 healthy SPF male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: the control group (normal saline) group and the 52.30104.60261.40 mg/kg indium sulfate group with 8 rats in each group. The rats were administrated by gavage once a day, 5 times a week for 8 weeks. Serum testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), sperm count, sperm survival rate and sperm abnormality rate were measured. The results showed that compared with the control group, the testis weight and organ coefficient of the rats exposed to indium sulfate for 261.40 mg/kg were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.05), and the testis of the rats increased with the increase of the dose of indium sulfate. The weight of epididymis and the organ coefficient of epididymis decreased. Compared with the control group, the serum T levels of the rats exposed to indium sulfate 104.60261.4 mg/kg were decreased, while those of the rats exposed to indium sulfate for 261.4 mg/kg were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the serum LH level of rats exposed to indium sulfate had no significant change. The results suggest that indium sulfate has reproductive toxicity to male rats.
