海带提取物对免疫力低下小鼠的免疫调节作用

【摘要】:目的:考察海带提取物对免疫力低下小鼠的影响,探讨海带提取物的免疫调节作用。方法:用环磷酰胺制备免疫力低下小鼠模型,并将昆明种小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、低、高剂量海带提取物组和阳性药物(脾氨肽)组。记录小鼠活动量、体重变化,计算脾脏系数、胸腺系数,检测各组IL-6和TNF-α血清水平。结果:与模型组比较,海带提取物在4.5 mg/g、13.5 mg/g剂量均可使小鼠体质改善、体重增长;海带提取物高剂量组的脾脏系数增高,而低剂量组的胸腺系数增高;高、低剂量组的白介素6(IL-6)均有所增高,而低剂量组的α肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)血清水平显著降低。结论:海带提取物能增强免疫低下小鼠的体质;同时可以提高小鼠的脾腺系数和胸腺系数,显示其在不同剂量分别调节体液免疫和细胞免疫的作用;海带提取物降低TNF-α而升高IL-6水平意味着其具有一定的抗炎症和调节Th1/Th2免疫平衡的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of kelp extract on immunoregulation of immunocompromised mice. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, low and high dose kelp extract group and positive drug (spleen ammonia peptide) group. The changes of activity and body weight were recorded, spleen coefficient and thymus coefficient were calculated, and serum levels of IL-6 and TNF- 伪 were measured. Results: compared with the model group, kelp extract at 4.5 mg / g for 13.5 mg/g could improve the physique and increase the body weight of mice, and the spleen coefficient in the high dose group was higher than that in the low dose group, and the thymus coefficient in the low dose group was higher than that in the low dose group. The serum level of TNF-伪 in low dose group was significantly lower than that in low dose group. Conclusion: the extract of Laminaria japonica can enhance the physique of immunocompromised mice, and increase the coefficient of spleen gland and thymus gland of mice, which shows that the extracts of Laminaria japonica can regulate humoral immunity and cellular immunity in different dosages, respectively. Kelp extract decreased TNF- 伪 and increased IL-6 level, which indicated that it had anti-inflammatory effect and regulated Th1 / Th2 immune balance.
