孕前优生健康检查在优生优育中的应用意义

【摘要】：目的:了解孕前优生健康检查在优生优育中的临床应用意义。方法:随机选取148对夫妇实施免费孕前优生检查,并对接受检查夫妇的临床资料展开回顾性分析。结果:年龄、体重指数、有无服用叶酸、乙肝五项异常等均属于影响优生优育的关键因素,需加强对计划怀孕夫妇进行孕前优生健康检查,并实施针对性干预。结论:孕前优生健康检查可降低出生缺陷与不良妊娠结局,提高生育质量,更有利于优生优育。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical significance of pre-pregnancy health examination in eugenics. Methods: 148 couples were randomly selected to perform free pre-pregnancy eugenics examination, and the clinical data of the couples were analyzed retrospectively. Results: age, body mass index (BMI), folic acid intake and hepatitis B were the key factors affecting eugenics. It was necessary to strengthen the pre-pregnancy health examination of planned pregnant couples and to carry out targeted intervention. Conclusion: health examination before pregnancy can reduce birth defects and adverse pregnancy outcomes, improve reproductive quality, and be more conducive to eugenics.
