液相色谱-质谱法检测包装饮用水中壬基酚

【摘要】:建立了定量分析包装饮用水中壬基酚的液相色谱-质谱法,并对市售包装饮用水进行检测。壬基酚质量浓度在(85.7~1431.8)ng/L范围内与一级质谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系:y=41.3x+1285.7,R2=0.9956。方法的检出限为48.5 ng/L,定量限为161.7 ng/L。方法的回收率为96.1%~109.4%,相对标准偏差(n=5)≤3.4%。在随机检测的63种包装饮用水中,有16种检出壬基酚,最高检出浓度168.3 ng/L。该方法选择性好、灵敏度高、重现性好,能够满足定量分析包装饮用水中壬基酚的要求。
