大连付家庄海水浴场人体健康风险评估

【摘要】：于2015年7月31日至8月16日对大连付家庄海水浴场的肠球菌和粪大肠菌群进行连日监测,应用微生物定量风险评估的方法,得出2015年采样期间大连付家庄海水浴场男人、女人和儿童(15岁)患与肠球菌有关的胃肠道疾病的健康风险分别为1.78‰~43.31‰,1.19‰~30.03‰和2.37‰~55.55‰;患与粪大肠菌群有关的胃肠道疾病的健康风险分别为0.02‰~8.34‰,0.01‰~5.59‰和0.03‰~11.08‰。研究发现降雨对海水浴场水质影响显著,导致浴场水质变差,游泳者健康风险升高。根据本研究结果,推荐将肠球菌作为海水浴场监测的指标之一,以更合理评估海水浴场水质和人体健康风险。
