吉林省2013—2015年托幼儿童法定传染病监测结果分析

【摘要】：目的了解2013—2015年吉林省托幼儿童传染病的发病规律和流行特征,为制定托幼机构法定传染病防控措施提供科学依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法,对2013—2015年传染病报告信息管理系统报告的吉林省托幼儿童传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 2013—2015年吉林省托幼儿童报告乙、丙类法定传染病15种14 650例,年均发病率为1 065.87/10万。发病前3位的病种为手足口病、猩红热、流行性腮腺炎,累计发病数分别为9 876,2 916,1 429例,占报告总病数的97.09%,其中免疫规划类传染病报告病例(1 537例)占报告总病例数的10.49%。报告发病高峰为6—7月,占报告总发病数的43.32%;高发地区为延边州(1 738.44/10万)、通化市(1 626.89//10万)、白山市(766.75/10万)。结论手足口病、猩红热、流行性腮腺炎为吉林省托幼儿童传染病防控重点。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence and epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases among nursery children in Jilin province from 2013 to 2015, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of statutory infectious diseases in kindergartens. Methods using descriptive epidemiology method, the epidemic data of infectious diseases among nursery children in Jilin province from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed statistically. Results from 2013 to 2015, 14 650 cases of 15 kinds of infectious diseases were reported in Jilin Province, with an average annual incidence of 10 65.87 / 100 000. The first three diseases were hand, foot and mouth disease, scarlet fever and mumps. The cumulative incidence was 9 876 / 2 916 / 1 429 cases respectively, which accounted for 97.09% of the total reported diseases. Among them, the reported cases (1 537 cases) of immunological planning infectious diseases accounted for 10.49% of the total reported cases. The peak of reported incidence was June to July, accounting for 43.32% of the total reported incidence, and the high incidence areas were Yanbian Prefecture (17, 784 / 100, 000), Tonghua City (16. 626. 89% / 100, 000), and Baishan City (76. 75 / 100, 000). Conclusion hand, foot and mouth disease, scarlet fever and mumps are the key points in the prevention and control of infectious diseases among nursery children in Jilin Province.
