中西医结合治疗职业性慢性铅中毒的临床分析

【摘要】：目的中西医结合治疗职业性慢性铅中毒的临床分析。方法选取2013年1月~2015年12月某医院治疗的职业性慢性铅中毒患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各50例。实验组采取中西医结合疗法,对照组患者采取常规疗法,观察两组患者的疗效。结果实验组患者平均疗程、患者低钙血病发生率以及不良反应等情况均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗职业性慢性铅中毒具有极高的临床价值,一方面缩短治疗周期,另一方面可以降低患者安全隐患,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on occupational chronic lead poisoning. Methods 100 patients with occupational chronic lead poisoning treated in a hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases each. The experimental group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, the control group was treated with routine therapy, and the curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results the average course of treatment, the incidence of hypocalcemia and adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of occupational chronic lead poisoning with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has high clinical value. On the one hand, it can shorten the treatment period, on the other hand, it can reduce the hidden danger of patients' safety, which is worth popularizing.
