石油化工企业职业健康标准化管理问题探讨

【摘要】：随着经济的发展,职业健康问题受到了多方面重视。国家和相关部门相继制定和颁布了一系列职业健康法律法规和标准文件,企业也开始引入职业健康安全管理体系、有力地保护了劳动者健康及其相关权益,促进了经济社会的可持续发展。但就目前的形势来看,我国的职业卫生工作目前仍面临着巨大的挑战。职业事故、伤害和疾病过于频繁,经济损失惨重。由于职业危害具有群体性,致死、致残率高,以及难以治愈等特点,造成了家庭伤害和单位、地区的不稳定,甚至引发社会矛盾,成为社会不安定因素。本文阐述了美国和日本职业卫生管理现状,提出了国内职业健康管理标准化存在的问题,对提高职业卫生管理工作水平提供参考建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, occupational health has been paid more attention to. The state and relevant departments have successively formulated and promulgated a series of occupational health laws, regulations and standard documents, and enterprises have also begun to introduce occupational health and safety management systems, which have effectively protected the health of workers and their related rights and interests. Promote the sustainable development of economy and society. However, the occupational health work in China is still facing great challenges. Occupational accidents, injuries and diseases are too frequent and economic losses are heavy. Because occupational harm has the characteristics of group death high disability rate and difficult to cure it has caused family injury and unit instability and even caused social contradictions and become a factor of social instability. This paper expounds the present situation of occupational health management in the United States and Japan, puts forward the problems existing in the standardization of occupational health management in China, and provides reference suggestions for improving the level of occupational health management.
