社区老年人营养不良风险筛查工具的研究进展

【摘要】：正截至2012年底,中国60岁以上的老年人口已达1.94亿,占人口总数的14.3%~([1]),到2049年将达到31%~([2])。目前社区老年人的营养状况不容乐观,营养不良发生率较高~([3~5])。老年营养不良是指在老年人群中,由于机体需要与营养素摄入之间不平衡而引起的一系列症状,营养不良包括营养缺乏和营养过剩两方面~([6])。采用合适的营养不良风险筛查工具可促进老年人健康水平的提高。本文对国内外社区老年人营养不良风险
[Abstract]:By the end of 2012, the elderly population over 60 years old in China had reached 194 million, accounting for 14.3 ~ (1) of the total population, and by 2049 it would reach 31 ~ (2). At present, the nutritional status of the elderly in the community is not optimistic, the incidence of malnutrition is high. Malnutrition in the elderly refers to a series of symptoms caused by the imbalance between the needs of the body and the intake of nutrients in the elderly population.
