【摘要】：正金属加工液(Metalworking fluid,MWF)也称金属清洗液、切割油、润滑剂、加工液或冷冻液,被广泛应用于金属产品的加工和塑形过程中,起润滑、冷却、防锈和清洗等作用。美国国家职业安全与卫生研究院(NIOSH)估计美国有120万工人接触MWF。改革开放后我国迅速发展为"世界制造"基地,对MWF的需求不断增加,到2010年其年使用量已达3.5×105~
[Abstract]:Metalworking liquid is also called metal cleaning fluid, cutting oil, lubricant, processing fluid or freezing fluid. It is widely used in the process of metal products processing and shaping, and plays the role of lubrication, cooling, rust prevention and cleaning. The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) estimates that 1.2 million workers in the United States are exposed to MWF. After the reform and opening up, China has developed rapidly into a "world manufacturing" base, and the demand for MWF has been increasing. By 2010, the annual use of MWF has reached 3.5 脳 10 ~ 5 ~.
