桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌污染情况分析

【摘要】:目的监测本市桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌污染状况,分析原因并提出科学控制措施。方法按照国标GB/T8538-2008/54,对市场上主要销售的桶装饮用水进行检测。结果共从监测的23份样品中检出铜绿假单胞菌12株,检出率为52.17%。常规微生物指标合格率为26.09%。铜绿假单胞菌阳性样品均为本地产品。结论本市桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌污染严重,卫生监管部门应加强监督管理,切实保护消费者健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to monitor the contamination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barrelled drinking water, analyze the causes and put forward scientific control measures. Methods according to GB / T / 8538-2008 / 54, the main barreled drinking water sold in the market was detected. Results 12 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected from 23 samples, the detection rate was 52.17. The qualified rate of routine microbial index was 26.09%. The positive samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were all local products. Conclusion the pollution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barrelled drinking water in this city is serious, health supervision department should strengthen supervision and management to protect consumers' health.
