噪声与粉尘联合作用对汽车发动机制造工人心电图及血压的影响

【摘要】:目的了解噪声、粉尘联合暴露对职业人群心电图、血压的影响。方法选择长春市某汽车发动机制造厂1 022名工人为研究对象,根据职业有害因素接触情况分为对照组(A组,n=278)、噪声暴露组(B组,n=414)、粉尘暴露组(C组,n=85)及噪声与粉尘联合暴露组(D组,n=245),分别对工人进行血压及心电图检查。结果 4组研究对象心电图异常率比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。4组研究对象血压异常率总体比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),其中B、C、D组血压异常率明显高于A组(P0.05);C组血压异常率高于B组和D组(P0.05);B组和D组血压异常率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。4组研究对象的舒张压、收缩压和脉压总体比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);析因方差分析结果显示,噪声、粉尘对研究对象舒张压和收缩压有影响(P0.05),对研究对象舒张压和收缩压有交互作用(P0.05);噪声对研究对象脉压有影响(P0.05);粉尘对研究对象脉压无影响(P0.05);噪声、粉尘对研究对象脉压无交互作用(P0.05)。结论噪声、粉尘暴露对接噪工人舒张压、收缩压产生一定影响,噪声、粉尘联合暴露对职业人群舒张压、收缩压的影响具有交互作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of combined exposure of noise and dust on electrocardiogram (ECG) and blood pressure (BP) in occupational population. Methods 1,022 workers from an automobile engine factory in Changchun were selected as the subjects. According to exposure to occupational harmful factors, workers were divided into control group (group A), noise exposure group (group B), dust exposure group (group C) and combined exposure group (group D). Blood pressure and electrocardiogram were examined. Results there was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of ECG among the four groups (P0.05). There was a significant difference in the abnormal rate of blood pressure between the four groups (P0.05), and the abnormal rate of blood pressure in group B (P 0.05) was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05). The abnormal rate of blood pressure in group C was significantly higher than that in group A (P0.05). The normal rate was higher than that of group B and group D (P0.05). There was no significant difference in abnormal blood pressure between group B and group D (P0.05). There was significant difference between systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure (P0.05). Dust had effect on diastolic and systolic blood pressure (P0.05), and had interaction on DBP and SBP (P0.05); noise had effect on pulse pressure (P0.05); dust had no effect on pulse pressure (P0.05); noise had no effect on pulse pressure (P0.05). There was no interaction between dust and pulse pressure (P0.05). Conclusion the effects of noise and dust exposure on the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of workers have an interactive effect on the occupational population diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure.
