气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中17种常见挥发性有机物

【摘要】:目的建立气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中17种常见挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分析方法。方法空气样品经活性炭管采集,二硫化碳溶剂解吸,DB-FFAP毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果 17种挥发性有机化合物线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.31μg/ml~6.06μg/ml,相对标准偏差为0.36%~9.93%,回收率为78.0%~122.9%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适于作业场所空气中17种常见挥发性有机物的同时检测。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for simultaneous determination of 17 common volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in workplace air by gas chromatography. Methods Air samples were collected by activated carbon tube and separated by DB-FFAP capillary column with carbon disulfide solvent. Flame ionization detector (FID) was used. Results the linear correlation coefficients of 17 volatile organic compounds were all greater than 0.999 9, the detection limit was 0.31 渭 g/ml~6.06 渭 g / ml, the relative standard deviation was 0.36 and 9.93, the recovery rate was 78.0% and 122.9%. Conclusion the method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of 17 common volatile organic compounds in the air of workplace.
