工作场所气体中有害物质的气相色谱-质谱快速测定法

【摘要】:提出了用气质联用仪测定工作场所气体中有害物质的检测方法。对色谱条件进行优化,选择Agilent HP-5MS色谱柱进行分离,柱流速1mL/min,运行时间24min。所测22种物质在0.1~0.5μg/mL之间线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法能够快速准确的对工作场所常见的职业病危害因素进行定性分析。在危险复杂的突发事故场所快速定性,弥补了现有职业卫生国标检测方法在气质联用技术上的缺失,充分发挥了GC-MS联用技术具备的快速、简便、准确等优点。
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of harmful substances in workplace gases by GC-MS was proposed. The chromatographic conditions were optimized and the Agilent HP-5MS column was selected for separation. The flow rate of the column was 1 mL / min and the running time was 24 min. There was a good linear relationship between 0. 1 渭 g/mL and 0. 5 渭 g/mL, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0. 999. The method could be used to analyze the occupational hazards in the workplace quickly and accurately. The rapid qualitative analysis in dangerous and complex accident sites makes up for the deficiency of the existing national standard testing methods of occupational health in the combined use of temperament and gives full play to the advantages of GC-MS combined technology such as rapidity simplicity accuracy and so on.
