浙江省集体林区农户垃圾定点堆放行为及影响因素

【摘要】：基于2013年在浙江省集体林区的开化、临安、龙泉、磐安等4个样本县的16个样本村中192位农户的实地调查,建立Logit计量经济学模型分析农户垃圾定点堆放行为及其影响因素。结果表明,各个样本点地区农户的垃圾定点堆放行为存在差异,而农户是否定点堆放垃圾受到地理因素、家庭因素和自身因素的影响。其中堆放点距离、户主年龄、家庭人口以及家庭住宅价值对农户是否定点堆放垃圾存在显著性影响。最后根据分析提出了基础设施建设、清洁机制和与服务以及农民环保意识培养等方面的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation of 192 farmers in 16 sample villages in Zhejiang Province in 2013, Logit econometrics model was established to analyze the behavior of household garbage stacking and its influencing factors. The results showed that there were differences in the behavior of household garbage stacking in different sample areas, and whether the farmers were stacking garbage at fixed sites was affected by geographical factors, family factors and their own factors. Among them, the distance of stacking point, the age of the head of household, the family population and the value of household residence have significant influence on whether the household stowed garbage at a fixed site. Finally, some policy suggestions on infrastructure construction, cleaning mechanism and service and farmers' awareness of environmental protection are put forward.
