2013-2016年南通市食品中镉铅总汞监测结果分析

【摘要】:目的分析2013-2016年南通市食品安全风险监测中镉、铅、总汞污染物监测结果,了解近4年南通市食品中重金属污染现状,及早发现食品安全隐患。方法每年按照《江苏省食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》的要求进行采样和检测。结果 2013-2016年共计监测16大类2 777份食品,超出国家标准限值30份,总超标率1.1%,超标集中在水产动物及其制品、蔬菜及其制品、食用菌及其制品、肉与肉制品、水果及其制品、调味品6类食品中,超标样品中,其中镉超标2.0%,铅和总汞均超标0.6%。监测的4年中,2015年金属污染超标率(2.7%)要高于其他3年。946份食品中镉检出率58.2%,其中镉含量超标19份,超标率2.0%;930份食品中铅检出率42.0%,其中铅含量超标6份,超标率0.6%;901份食品中总汞检出率50.6%,其中总汞含量超标5份,超标率0.6%。结论南通市食品中镉、铅、总汞污染程度较低,食品安全趋势总体向好,但仍要加强对南通居民平时膳食消费量较大的水产动物及其制品、蔬菜及其制品等食品的监测与监管,确保食品安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the monitoring results of cadmium, lead and total mercury pollutants in food safety risk monitoring in Nantong City from 2013 to 2016, to understand the status of heavy metal contamination in food in Nantong City in recent 4 years and to find out the hidden dangers of food safety as soon as possible. Methods sampling and testing were carried out every year according to the requirements of Jiangsu Province Food pollution and Hazardous factors risk Monitoring Manual. Results A total of 2,777 food samples of 16 categories were monitored from 2013 to 2016, 30 of which exceeded the national standard limit. The total exceeding standard was 1.1. The exceeding standard was concentrated on aquatic animals and their products, vegetables and their products, edible fungi and their products, meat and meat products, fruits and their products. Among the six kinds of seasonings and samples, cadmium exceeded 2.0, lead and total mercury exceeded the standard 0.6. In the four years monitored, the rate of metal contamination exceeding the standard in 2015 (2.7%) was higher than that in the other 3 years. 946 samples of food had a cadmium detection rate of 58.2%. Among them, 19 samples of cadmium content exceeded the standard, and the exceeding rate of 2.0% exceeded the standard rate of 930 foods. The detection rate of lead in 930 samples was 42.0%, of which 6 were over standard. The detection rate of total mercury was 50.6% in 901 foods, 5 of which exceeded the standard, and 0.6% exceeded the standard. Conclusion the contamination of cadmium, lead and total mercury in food in Nantong City is relatively low, and the trend of food safety is generally good. However, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and supervision of aquatic animals and their products, vegetables and their products, which are usually consumed by the residents in Nantong. Ensure food safety.
